Today I had a phone call asking permission to reproduce my piece about The Cruiser Cairn at Queenscliff on Ahoy, for members of the Naval Commemoration Commitee, this group meets in Melbourne, plans the Annual Navy Week events for the state of Victoria, and is generally interested in events that commemorate the Royal Australian Navy, and its achievements.
